Detailed Product Description

Geo-composite,consisting of a continuous-filament nonwoven and high tenacity polyester yarns. EASTAR geo-composite is characterized by high tensile strength combined with good in-plane permeability. It is mainly used for the reinforcement of cohesive soils, where its drainage function promotes an increase in shear strength. The nonwoven component protects the high tenacity yarns from damage, and its specification function allows the installation of EASTAR geo-composite between fine-grained and coarse-grained soils. Even cohesive soils with high water content can be used as construction material for steep slopes and retaining structures, as the drainage function of EASTAR geo-composite increase the consolidation. Soil replacement can be omitted.
